Q: The app doesn't work! I don't get any data and the background is black.
A: Make sure you have an active internet connection or fairly strong cellular reception. Also, check that location access is enabled by going to Settings → scroll down to Located → Location access → When in Use.
Q: Step count and motion style doesn't work. It just says "---"
A: Step counting and motion style is available only on devices equipped with the motion co-processor, either M7 or M8. These devices include iPhone 5S, iPhone 6, iPhone 6 Plus, iPad Air, iPad Air 2, iPad mini 2 and iPad mini 3.
Q: I can't find any way to change a unit or set a speed limit or get additional information.
A: To get additional information or options, you can tap the darker title and more data will show up. Tap it again to hide. Note that every title doesn't have additional information hidden.
